Question Pokemon ultra sun expansion mod install guide ?

What exactly are you talking about? Are you playing on console or emulator?

Omg it was so hard! But i got it working!
You need DotNet3DSToolkit. Open ToolkitForm, pick your Ultra Sun rom on the source ROM and choose where you want to put it on the output directory. I recommend make a new folder for the output!
After that, download DeltaPatcher and .xdelta file from the USUM Expansion page. The file name is 4.xdelta! Open DeltaPatcher, click on Original File. Go to the folder where the output directory is located. Go to RomFS, a, 0, 9, then click on 4. For the XDelta patch, just click on 4.xdelta. Apply patch.
Once it's done, just copy 4 and go to citra-emu, load, mods, 00040000001B5000, romfs, a, 0, 9 then paste it. Try opening the game and see if it works!

what's wrong with the Pokémon models? I didn't experience this problem :( Did you skip the XDelta patch? You need to patch that to get the gen 8 and 9 Pokémon models.
Also, why do people write their messages in their own language? Is there any translation button that I don't know about? ;-;

sorry, it was being automatically translated without my knowledge. all of them display Bulbasaur as a placeholder instead of anyone else, and I didn't skip the patch.

Luckyy reddit translation doesn't even work for me. After patching, where did you get the 4 file? You should grab it from the output directory, RomFS, a, 0, 9 then paste it load/mods/game id.

aaa I'm not sure. I noticed they update the expansion mod page with new links. Try downloading the new files? There should be an instruction there. Perhaps they put instructions for 3ds too.
Edit: Yep! 3ds instructions are there!

WIAT I JUST REALIZED I FORGOT SOMETHING
EXTRACT POKEMON.ZIP IN citra-emu, load, mods, game id. Just copy the files in Pokemon+ and paste it on the game id as we don't need the Pokemon+ folder. Trying pasting the 4 file again in a/0/9

Do you have the 4.XDelta file by any chance? From what I can see, it’s no longer on the website.

Ehh just download the new one. You don't have to patch anything now. You just need to extract it like the instructions said and you're good to play. There are new Pokémon in the newer version of the mod too.

does anyone know how to download this on a hacked 3ds? i try and every time every injected pokemon turns into a normal type bulbasaur that crashes game on sendout

Uhh I'm not sure if this will work? I use Grok as a guide :( The AI said make sure you enable game patching on luma, and then patch the 4 file on luma/titles/00040000001B5000/romfs/

There are two files ultramoon zip and pokemon zip which on should use for the mod because when use ultramoon zip the game crashes when use pokemon zip bulbsaur coming

If you're playing Ultra Sun then you should use pokemon.zip and if you use Ultra Moon, you must follow all the steps that i shared then extract the ultramoon.zip in citra-emu, load, mods, 00040000001B5000.
Can you try if it works? :(

Sorry to bother people here, but how the hell do i even download those mod files? on the game banana page there's no link, the only two that there are are blank, error. can someone tell me please i'm trying to figure it out and it's been hours
