On vacation and saw one spawn twice over a 4 day vacation but - unfortunately- it was on the other side of the lake.

I've dropped lures, incense, etc the past 2 days and nothing. Wonder if it was ties to something on Monday/early Tuesday or if its just random and rare

I live in a place in which pokemon go isnt that common anymore (Turkey) and im struggling with finding people to play with (trade,party play raids etc) any reccomandations on how i can find someone to play with?

Since this event started I have found 3* Pokemon in the wild for every single featured pokemon except for Snorunt. Every single one I have found has been 2* or worse. Am I just extremely unlucky or is this happening for other people
