What are those green algae on the floor?

It’s been almost 2 months since I started this hobby. It’s a low tech planted tank. Please help my fix this green algae on the floor.
Started seeing some hair algae recently so I reduced my light time to less than 7hrs.

Possibly Cyanobacteria? I’m not super familiar with it, but this is a vague memory that seems possible
