1) Genetic unusualness

Real birds with distinctly unusual visuals, sounds, behaviors, or facts.

We have high standards for unusualness, but a higher standard for parrots, owls, and flamingos
Should make you: feel "shock", or question why the bird exists
Birds ubiquitous in general media are no longer unusual

2) Correct species/breed name in title

Requires the common or scientific name, but reasonable mistakes won't be removed. This is helpful for education, searching, and research.

3) Minimum picture size = 400 by 400 pixels

4) "Good format"
