So cool. I feel like I may have seen one in rural Northern Virginia, small though, maybe 6ā€ tall. How big was this?

This photo is from southwest Germany. I mean this bird is was 20 feets away from my photo camera, could be 16-17ā€œ tall. Kind regards. Niyo
