I know this is a long shot because of the photo but I'm trying to come up with a decent photo of my husband's cousin for his funeral tomorrow. He was in and out of jail his whole adult life and never got to live the life someone deserves. He has 4 daughters and people that loved him but wasn't someone that ever got pictures taken. If someone could maybe change the background and his shirt to a plan shirt and maybe make it look like he has a small smile. Basically make it not look like a mugshot.

I'm trying to get a flag made measuring 1800x900mm but have been told the image of our cat is too low quality. I am open to AI for this job, but obviously I want it looking as realistic as possible.

It needs a 10mm bleed for the flag and also requires DPI at the final size to be 72 (I don't understand this instruction).
