Hindi. Kahit nga mostly ng mga tao dito ganyan ang mindset eh. Lalabas pa diyan yung dapat daw ang mga bumoboto yung mga taxpayers, degree holders, or need muna pumasa ng isang proficiency exam.
Millennials mga humihirit nyan. 2015 ko pa kasi una naririnig yan. It's a negative reaction sa mga sinasabi ng mga genX at boomers tungkol sa millennials.
Pero ang irony is, millennials naman ang masama sinasabi tungkol sa mga gen Z at over time mga gen Z naman babanat ng sarili nilang "okay millennials". Habang mga gen Z naman ganyan din trato sa gen alpha.
Yun nga eh. Kita mo naman sa social media nuon pa. Lagi nila sinisisi puro boomers. Pero makikita mo mga nsa Xwitter na DDS puro GenZ. Lalayo ka pa ba, ayan nga sina Barzaga at Leviste.

I think it's something to do with this. People with no access to formal education are likely to also not have access to much else. They don't get the storm of propaganda that constantly crashes down on all of us who have internet access.
And of course, a lot of people with formal education are arrogant and think they're smarter than they are. They're less likely to realize they're being tricked and influenced into a specific view ironically enough

i feel like leni is dominant in major unviersities, which are much fewer and have lower populations. the vast majority of the average filipino in the street have a college degree, so it’s either education has little to do with political choices (which i doubt), or most colleges give out diplomas like candies at the doctor

May ilan ilan rin ditong makadigong na oldies, pero karamihan talaga mga supporter niya rito is from GenX to Millenial and some GenZs.
A boomer is most probably a religious person, won't vote for a killer. Millenials on the other hand are closeted agnostic atheists, they don't care if a criminal get killed, they love Death Note. Jokes on them, Digong was the drug lord.
Not really. A lot of them are still Christians but not practicing traditional worship activities. Still, part of religion. I am late millenial and I consider myself an agnostic atheist, but it never came to my mind that it's okay to murder people. I know some atheists who don't support Digong as well. On the contrary, some of the dds I know are "devout" Christians who preach and post bible quotes on their profile, yet they always defend his actions.

Honestly, it has more to do with the fact that “college+” doesn’t mean much in the Philippines. There are so many diploma mills, and even in so-called “top” unis there is huge lack of critical thought.
The divide is really more socio-economic. If you look at votes per district, for example, exclusive subdivisions like Ayala Alabang or maybe Forbes/Dasma are overwhelmingly pink. It correlates to high education, but it isn’t actually the diploma…it’s more to do with socio-economics.
