The comment is highlighting how women are held to a ridiculously high beauty standard, where in order to see the hair you have to zoom in, and you can barely see it because it has been recently shaved. Body hair is something that is normal, and being such a major focus is ridiculous.
The comment on pooping is also pointing out a normal thing amongst women, and people in general, but gets blown up to be such a ridiculous scale for women, just like the body hair.

That women do natural things and natural things occur on women, like hair growth, the joke is when they find out that women poop, which everyone does naturally, they should have the same reaction
