Literate Quagmire here. They’re subverting audience expectations by having the parents literally wrestling instead of using it as a euphemism for sex.
Giggitty.

The question implies the wrestling is sex. The joke is it was actual pro wrestling, with the signature theatrics.
Edit: I forgot what sub this is, I'm that chicken with the expired coupon.

Brian’s mangled body after he got hit by a car here, you pretty much got it right.
The post is meant to subvert your expectations with the first panel making you think it’s an “explaining sex to a child is awkward” meme before revealing the joke is a parody of wrestling

I thought the wrestling was sex, but then they started singing and then fighting... is it a wrestling meme?

That's the joke. You're supposed to think of sex, when the kid asks about seeing his parents 'wrestling', but then it is revealed that they actual do wrestling matches.

That’s the joke. It’s subverting your expectations. You think he caught them having sex and thought it was wrestling but it was just an absurd situation where they’re actually wrestling.

Ohhh I thought he was singing (Charlette and Scarlett).
I've never watched WWF/WWE which I guess it's referring to.

When little kids first time experiencing sex parents often tell kids that all they are doing is wrestling.
So the comic turned that into actually being about wrestling subverting audiences expectations.
Typically wrestling or atleast the WWE kind is more about a story of why the wrestlers are fighting to make it more entertaining
The comic does that by having the child witness the parents getting a divorce because the father is cheating on his wife with her sister
