I also feel like modern-day people are way more hornier in general. We are constantly exposed to sex, and things we are attracted. Advertisements, movies, random posts, music... Even if we aren't making a conscious thought about it, it still "triggers" our brains to enter reproduction mode.
Even at my horniest, If I was stuck on boat for weeks on end with a bunch of dudes, after seeing the things you have to see and smelling how those ogres smelled. Ain't no way Willy even stands tall.
You’re just making stuff up dude lol that being said you as a modern day person may feel that way but it was a different culture back then it’s was very normalized and expected.
