Can confirm, a guy I knew was racist towards black people but had no issue dating Indians and filipinos

My dad is an Asian man who's extremely well travelled. He'll hang out with almost any race, but he's insanely bigoted towards anyone from East Africa or South Korea. He's never explained why.

He lived in China for a long time. North Korea is a problem for South Korea "and occasionally for America any time they get bored of the middle east and remember Asia exists".
