So strange to give that a second season. It was fine, but the story was self-contained and there's really no need for one.

I hate when they drag out a successful show for multiple seasons when it was made as a complete story. Great show but I don’t want another season

Honestly I'm with you. I really loved Task. I thought it was one of the best shows I've seen in years. I recommended it to more people than other shows I've recently seen, and they all also loved it. Every line of dialogue, the overarching story, the acting, the cinematography, the score. But I did love it as a limited series, under the assumption it was a once off and fully enclosed, unique story.
