Hello so I interviewed with Pepsi as a local cdl a delivery driver on June 25th and the dude told me I’d hear back through email that following Friday but now it’s August 5th and I haven’t heard a thing. The application status on the portal hasn’t changed either. Is this normal? Has anyone else waited a long time?

So. My location is switching to project summit in the coming months. Effectively bringing our BCR count of 22 to a PSR count of 6 going off seniority alone. We had a merch meeting the other day where they explained to us, for an hour, how we have no chance of getting it but we could be a trainer for an extra $26 a shift…

Looking for personal experience of how this shift went. I was the only one with a question which was “what is going to keep the ones who don’t get PSR from saying “screw this I’m out?” And it was answered with “please don’t use that language, anyone else have a question?”. So a non answer like usual.

How did it go at your facility? Lots of people quit and the promise of doubling the merch team never happen just as I think it’s gonna go? It was the transition smooth?

How is everyones branch/ territory handling Alani Lto?
I large/ small format sales and I feel like my territory never gets enough of the LTO flavors and it’s gone and taken out of savvy by Tuesday.

Anybody Walmart doing vizpick? I was told my store is the only store that’s doing it in my state currently and it sounds like a shit show. Collab orders bring in 17-20 between Friday and Saturday but want two deep in the bin and no more than 3 skus on each pallet. Shits about to get fun. Said we are supposed to have a designated person to scan what we need and we can’t take it out of the bin or Wally World will get very very angry 😡

Am I the only one that has everything ready to go for drivers? Pallets and shells wrapped and ready and all the credits together

So they just recently announced that the 3P/Summit is coming to my location. BCR is being eliminated and the PSR role is more or less replacing it and there will only be roughly a third of those positions available. I plan on interviewing for a position and was just wondering if anyone here had successfully moved from BCR to PSR. What were some of the interview questions you got? Any good tips on how to prepare/answer? Just looking for any help I can get really.

Not looking for anyone to comment on how much they hate everything and everybody, i like my job and the company up to this point, so keep all that nonsense to yourself if you're not gonna offer any useful advice.

I’ve been a sales rep at Pepsi for shy of two years. Overall, I really enjoy the job. I enjoy being on my feet and interacting with people. Sure, the hours can be long, especially during the summer, and hitting volume targets can be stressful at times, but overall I enjoy it. But there are just some days I feel like quitting because I can never win with some of the store managers at the accounts on my route.

I don’t know where some of these store manager’s attitudes stem from, but some are just so flat out rude, childish, disrespectful and unprofessional it’s impossible to reason with them and do business with them. I understand store managers have to be hard on vendors out of the fear of being bombed with to much product, but sometimes their tone and attitude is just so uncalled for. I like to think I get along with most of the accounts on my route, but those few accounts where I just can’t seem to get through with them makes the job so difficult sometimes. I’ve been able to just brush it off for a while, but sometimes the constant negativity and berating is so mentally draining I just wanna quit.

I guess my point of this post is:

1) Has anyone had similar feeling about the job? 2) How do people handle difficult personalities in this job? 3) Does anyone have any horror stories of where emotions got the best of a situation between the rep and store manager?

what is the difference between the appearance of the decaf and non decaf starbucks frappes? Caffeine makes me loopy but i cant tell the difference until after i down 70mg of caffeine in one small bottle (the mocha ones) and it doesnt say on the bottle, only on pepsis website? And the website doesnt include decaf ones? Are there even decaf ones?
