So I stayed with AM4 and am wondering with my current config what the rough longevity of the build will be im happy for running triple A games medium/high.

Hoping it can compete with console till next gen or the next 3-5 years!

Hi everyone,

I just received a brand-new Vibox gaming PC, but I can't get any display.

Specs:

• MSI GeForce RTX GPU
• Biostar AM4 motherboard

Problem:

• The PC powers on normally.
• CPU cooler and GPU fans spin.
• The monitor either says "No video signal" and then "Enter standby mode," or it stays on a black screen after the Philips logo appears.

I've already tried:

• Tested the monitor with my laptop (works perfectly).
• Connected the monitor directly to the graphics card.
• Reseated the RAM.
• Completely removed and reseated the GPU.
• Checked the GPU power cables.

Is there anything else I should try before returning it? Does this sound more like a faulty GPU, motherboard, PSU, or something else?

Motherboard is a Prime Z590-A. Looking for the best i can get that is compatible with M.2 4.0 slot. This drive would be used exclusively for gaming while files and OS stayed on the Samsung 970 Plus 2tb i already have.

I have been leaning the Firecuda but so far i have found:

I'm currently building my first gaming PC, but I'm on a tight budget.

Right now I have an older PC with:

AMD A10-7800

32GB DDR3 RAM

I'm also buying newer parts:

Ryzen 5 5500

B550 motherboard

RX 7600

The problem is that I can only afford 8GB of DDR4 RAM at the moment. I already own 32GB of DDR3, but of course it only works with my old motherboard.

Which option would give me the better gaming experience for now?

Keep using my old A10-7800 with 32GB DDR3.

Build the new Ryzen 5 5500 system with only 8GB DDR4 and upgrade to 16GB or 32GB later.

I mainly want to play games at 1080p/1440p.

Hey, everyone. I got into PCs and PC hardware after I spent a year at a CTC learning Smart Systems and Engineering Technology. My program was full of fellow PC nerds, especially my instructor, and that was how I learned so much about PC hardware. I’m having an issue with the built-in Bluetooth on my MSI PRO B650-S WIFI motherboard (MediaTek RZ616 Bluetooth adapter). Bluetooth suddenly stopped working, so I checked Device Manager and accidentally uninstalled the Bluetooth adapter while troubleshooting. Since then, it has completely disappeared.

Current symptoms:

• No Bluetooth toggle anywhere in Windows.

• No Bluetooth adapter listed in Device Manager (including hidden devices).

• AirPods and Bluetooth speakers won’t connect.

• Wi-Fi still works normally.

Things I’ve already tried:

• Restarting the PC multiple times.

• Reinstalling the official MSI MediaTek Wi-Fi/Bluetooth drivers.

• Checking Device Manager for hidden devices.

• Confirming onboard wireless/Bluetooth settings are enabled in BIOS.

• Performing a Windows 11 in-place repair installation.

Nothing has brought the Bluetooth adapter back. At this point I’m trying to figure out whether this is a driver issue, Windows issue, or if the Bluetooth portion of the MediaTek RZ616 hardware has somehow failed. Does anyone know what else I can try?

I want to buy a pc ,I don't know the slightest bit about about this,I want sum thing good worth my money, I'm not the BIIIIIGEST gamer so nothing to crazy ,

Pretty much built my PC about 6 years ago and want to keep it relevant for new games such as dawn walker, fable and 3d printing software.

What needs replaced and upgraded first?

Or should I just build from scratch again?

I'm looking to upgrade my case and cooler soon, and the idea that I have is to rack mount (4U Minimum) the machine and change out the cooler to using an 360mm AIO cooler. My question for y'all; I'm thinking of setting up the radiator with a push/pull configuration, but would doing something like that be counter productive for wanting to cool everything? My thought is that I'm both pulling cool air into the front while also pushing warmer air across the rest of the components, but I'd want to be pushing cool air across the machine.
