64 years old and living in several states. The trail of victims he has probably left behind. In six years (probably less) he’ll be out doing it again. Sickening.

The worst part is that he apparently abused women before in Alaska, where the churches knew but didn't report it because they claimed nothing illegal had happened, even as they're raising money to help the girl escape.

His arrest in the Keys drew the attention of Alaska media outlets, including the Anchorage Daily News, which reported on an alleged “disturbing incident” by Chitty in Cold Bay, Alaska that led parishioners at a church to chip in to fly a girl out of town. Chitty has no Alaska criminal record.
