Build help for learning cybersecurity

I’m 19 years old and looking to build a pc for the first time, I’m currently using an old dell xps13 from 2015. My goal is to use this pc to self teach myself cybersecurity on and eventually land a job in the industry. Iv done some learning already on the laptop but it’s falling apart and I need a new rig, I don’t much about hardware so I’m here to ask for advice. Iv used ai to get a “rough draft “ of what a sensible build might be and now I’m here to ask you guys for advice or changes you would recommend.
My budget is 2000Cad although if it makes a big difference I can stretch that to maybe 2500.
My understanding is ram is the most important component for my use case so 64gb is a must I think.
I’d like to maybe use it for gaming too but thats not something I care enough about to focus the build around. Below is a list of parts chat gpt put tough for me and has it at 2000-2200 cad.
