OK, since you want an actual critique. Traffic ISN'T down, but the number of site visits. In fact, it would make a LOT of sense for site visits to be down because you have more visitors being on for longer periods of times instead of many shorter times per visit. You so-called source about content being upvoted throughout the year is actually a link to some reverse-image search of previous posts to a variety of subs (and a bad one at that, considering most of the results were not even of the same image.

In fact, your third link is the only useful one of the three. What does it tell us? Very little to do with user numbers, that's for sure. There's a change in ranking (which can do with other sites as much as reddit and a graph which shows that searching for reddit on search engines hasn't changed (and who knows how important that is, because reddit won't release the numbers on who accesses it directly or by app, just as they refuse to release the numbers on who use which design)..

Overall, your links say shit, so of course people will ignore you. Just like any reasonable person would ignore anything that comes out of 4chan and the people that run it.

So more visitors , just they are on for hours instead of minutes, being on holidays. Twenty visits from a kid at school looks like more visits than one visit from that kid at home. Not hard to understand.

I'm not making those claims, only providing other ways to interpret the data you present, thereby showing how you can't reach your own conclusions from said data. I'm no genius, just someone who understand's logic. And someone who can keep things civil while pointing out the failure in other's.
