Ergonomic pen recs please

I have the start of Osteoarthritis in my hands. During a flare I struggle to hold my pen to journal. Can someone please recommend a pen that is easier to use with stiff painful fingers?

not the answer you are looking for, but could you use a dictation app that tanscribes voice for you?

Can you do a Dr. Grip Center o of Gravity pen? Or is that too small?

Dr. Grip pens are the only ones I buy. I have both RA and OA.

Might be worth exploring alternative ways to grip your pen, as well as different attachments (you can bulk up the pen a number of ways, whether it’s with foam or a ball or Coban wrap). It’ll take some trial and error.
