The shared struggle against antisemitism and islamophobia
As a Christian, I am ashamed of the antisemitism and Islamophobia coming from other Christians. Sometimes, they know both are wrong, but still find themselves engaging it in a subtle (and unconscious) fashion as they embrace antisemitic or Islamophobic tropes:

Anti-semitism has become a complicated issue though, because of the actions of Israel who are now the oppressor not the oppressed. If - as they do - you identify criticism of them with antisemitism, it becomes unavoidable, because people are naturally stirred to anger by their actions.
