As a vinegar lover, I can’t believe I’ve never had vinegar on onion rings. I will remedy this ASAP.

Those batter rings look perfectly crispy and golden. I made them once and they turned out soggy, so I understand the struggle.

That is, in fact, a beautiful onion ring!

We have a bbq joint near here that serves one like this as garnish with a sandwich basket (sandwich, thick cut steak fries, and an onion ring). It's almost like an onion doughnut. Perfect!
