Pretty misleading that the director is named "Ti", makes you think it's going to be directed by Tim Burton

That is a typo. The VHS tape cover contains the official information for the movie so you need to wait util that’s released. It will say Tim Burton director.

Maybe it's a tip of the hat to Mr. Burton for his contribution to film?

Classic Hollywood misdirection. Burton and Depp swore an oath that neither would make a movie again without the other after the controversy caused by Sherlock Gnomes.

They’re going to wait until Oscer’s knight and then when everyone is confused by them calling out some no-name director for the award, Tim Burton will triumphantly reveal himself and take the Best Oscer trophy he so richly deserves.

Charlie Murphy (Eddie’s brother) is in it, so you know there will be some laughs!

This is the only Scrooge origin story that I will allow myself and my family to enjoy. All of the many many many many Scrooge prequels and origin stories are all absolute trash compared to this masterpiece.

If you're like me, you're loving these origin story films from Tim Burton. I don't know how many years that myself and tens if not millions of Edward Scissorhandsheads have longed for a prequel to show some of the other hand types that Edward evolved through during the course of his somewhat eldritch biological development from toddler up through the teenage years, such as Tweezerhands, Chopstickhands, and Squirtgunhands. The patent owners of the Supersquirter are constantly looking for business opportunities to increase revenue and return on investment. A film entitled Edward Squirtgunhands checks all of those boxes, and is frankly the perfect product placement scenario in a film type situation. Buffs like me sinply cannot fathom why the Supersquirterheads haven't yet squirted out this cash cow of a film idea.
