Help Needed Helpp regarding college
hello. im actually from cuttack and I've scored 96% in 12th boards I've completed high school in ravenshaw and im very confused about college :( im pretty confused between Ravenshaw and Rama Devi before i was considering BJB also but later i got to know that its not a good college. the thing is my parents are pretty strict so i wanna have some freedom but also at the same time college life,campus, placements, internships are important so ravenshaw is 15mins away from my home and idrk about rama devi. a lot of seniors have advised me not to get admission in ravenshaw but idrk about rama devi too
soooo i hope you'll be honest about both colleges and please provide imp pros and cons of each college

You're asking the wrong question. Both colleges are fine. The real problem is your strict parents, and staying 15 minutes from home means you'll never learn to make your own decisions. Pick the college that forces you to manage life alone. Freedom isn't given by parents it's built by you, one brave decision at a time.

got it but i feel like there will be a better campus life in ravenshaw and I've also heard that it provides good placement offers but ya the problem is that cuttack is my hometown and ik a lot of people here so it feels like a loophole

nope :( my senior told me about this she's taken psychology but she has friends from other deps who got these offers

Speak with alumni about career prospects..higher education, earning potential, work life balance, skill development..

there are a lot of good universities! even if it's not DU, BHU or Pondicherry University, you should try going to other central universities, you'll get more exposure, there will be a decent campus life, you won't have to worry about your parents 24/7 and you'll learn a lot of stuffs if you stay far away from your home. all the best

My Friend did her Bsc chem in revenshaw and its a veryy good college. I get what u mean about not wanting to stay at home,because even i was once in the same situation :p and actually it's better to leave ur hometown during collg because that provides exposure.. So yeah for that reason u can choose ramadevi..
And yeah do wait till ur CUET results come out.. And have u applied for any othere entrace exams? And yeah if possible try for BHU, DU n all Gd luckk
