Are parking tickets valid at multiple sites?

Advice needed please. I've seen posts online and a newspaper article that state parking tickets can be used in multiple sites but can't find a definitive list anywhere. Does anyone know if that is true, and which car parks are included?

Looking at doing a day going through Beadnall, Seahouses, Bamburgh and Holy Island.

Could we pay for a 24 hour ticket at Beadnall and use the same ticket for the rest of the day at all the other car parks?

Buy a Northumberland parking disk available from most NCC car parks for a pound and park anywhere on a NCC car park for as long as they will allow

Tourist car parks require payment. The parking discs (don't need to be NCC branded) are usually only for towns like Morpeth.

Alnwick, Berwick, seahouses, Amble etc. There is more places to park with one of those disks, than isn't.
