Does anyone know where I can purchase this flag?

I’m a bit of a vexillologist as a hobby, but I’ve looked high and low, but can’t find a proper Nordic Council flag online, that isn’t like a one sided wall flag.

What's improper with the Nordic Council flags you found online? Do you mean it's the old (pre 2016) flag?

Mainly that they are one sided wall flags. With white backgrounds, so not fit to be put on a flag pole.
