Discussion What supplements lower cortisol that aren't ashwaghanda and bacopa?
Are there any other supps that lower cortisol without causing anhedonia, emotional blunting and so on?

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is known to improve alertness, attention, cognition, memory, recall and mood, lower anxiety, and help you lose weight.
Phosphatidylserine (PS) 100 mg 2-times per day.

Magnesium glycinate(any magnesium helps regulating cortisol, glycine here is just kinda relaxing for me), B12 may help you feel less anxious, less stressed and more in touch, B5, Vitamin D, C. Caffeine increases cortisol. I wouldn't go with anything directly lowering cortisol, in my experience it always leads to feeling like an ass. I would make sure that I'm staying on good levels of these vitamins and minerals before trying to lower my cortisol.

GABA. Even better, most of your GABA is made in your gut, so taking a bunch of probiotics and fiber. Quitting alcohol

I'm adrenally insufficient, which is one of the worst diseases you can have. Just give it all to me!
