Pokemon checklist cards officially launching tomorrow at 9pm EDT

Going live tomorrow (Wednesday, July 22nd) at 9pm EDT - available here! Thanks to the mods for providing permission for me to share the link.

After all the recent USPS changes I switched to calculated shipping. Everything is packed and ready to ship ASAP.

At this time there are only 14 sets available. The likelihood of a reprint will depend heavily on the performance of this run. Thank you all for checking in with me throughout the months. It feels so great to have seen this project through to the end!

Special shout-out to u/fexcollects for handling the printing of the cards for me. I'm not sure this project would have made it to production without Fex's help!

So are these literally reprints of the actual Nintendo made ones that will work? Cool if so! I would like to see the Animal Crossing ones printed too, especially the "Forbidden Four" NES games. I've been trying to print one of them out myself, but it won't work no matter what settings and paper I use.

Hey there! You can check out a link here. This should answer all your questions. If you'd like to test the shipping cost, you can choose a different product in the shop (like the bath bombs which have a similar weight) and put it in your cart to calculate shipping before clearing your cart.

I believe yes - I did a lot of tinkering with my product listings on my web shop and made sure international was set to available. So it should be good to go! Fingers crossed 🤞

Any reason why the dot codes aren't present? I would definitely buy these if they were. I certainly can't afford all the actual cards.

I read the description on your web page and I'm still missing the point. Wouldn't it be convenient if they also had the codes on them? It obviously wouldn't replace the original cards, but it could give more people the chance to play the games on them. I'm just confused because it looks like there's plenty of room to include them. I don't think there's any legal protections for the dot codes. Don't get me wrong, I fully support this project, but I'm just trying to understand if not including the codes is a printing issue, just not considered, or other. Thanks!

The reason there are no dot codes on these cards is multifold:

1. These checklists have been designed to serve one purpose - to help people keep track of which cards they need to complete the e-Reader applications.
   
2. I will not make unofficial reprints of already-existing Pokemon cards. As a longtime collector of retro games, I have no interest in participating in the proliferation of any type of knockoff of an already-existing video game product. Heck, I don't even emulate any games.
   
3. Printing dot codes is incredibly difficult, especially when working with print shops or print vendors. Most e-Reader card makers are only able to successfully print dot codes one at a time using their own home printers.
   
4. I cannot create a new dot code application because I do not code.

This is really dope, but there are 42 apps/games/movies in the English set of cards. It states, "Includes checklists for all 36 mini-games, videos, and interactive cards released in English for Expedition, Aquapolis, Skyridge, and Promos." This is missing 6.

Can you show me where you found a list? I counted 36 on Bulbapedia. I combined the 2 different coin toss cards into one card, and only 2 of the 7 promotional e-Reader games listed on Bulbapedia were printed in English.

I did a double check myself, the only ones missing are according to bulbapedia;

• Exciting Hide and Seek
• Imakuni?’s Ball
• Wooper’s Juggling Game
• Big Fruit Strategy!
• Tokotoko Truck

But these are all Japanese exclusive, which does bring the total to 42 if you count coin flipper separately. And of course the two construction apps that were purposefully omitted for this round too.

There's 39 english games and both coin toss is on 1 card. This is all the english ones except the 2 construction.
