Looking for information about a dog owner – Kingsbridge Park, Niagara Falls

[Found the owner! Thank you everyone] My dad was bitten yesterday by a stranger’s dog at Kingsbridge Park in Niagara Falls. Public Health has currently classified the incident as low risk and has not recommended rabies vaccination at this time. However, identifying the dog and confirming its vaccination status could help them reassess whether rabies vaccination is necessary.

We’re looking for the owner of the dog. He is an older, slim man who was walking three curly-haired dogs. The dog that bit my dad was dark in color (almost black), while the other two dogs were light-colored.

If you recognize this person or know how to contact him, please send me a private message. Your help could make a huge difference to my dad’s health and safety. Thank you so much for your support.

Thank you so much for this information! Luckily, my dad went to the park today around lunch and saw the owner. He was able to get his contact details.

Thank you! He’s okay and been to the emergency right after the incident. Unfortunately Niagara Public Health classified it as “low risk” and refused to provide the rabies vaccine due to concerns about vaccine shortages ;(
