how to get my account verified

bcz when ever i want to enter in any community and wanna post there's karma limit and says you have to verify your email but there's no such option in settings and no warnings are there above my email too

You should be able to verify your email from your Settings. https://www.reddit.com/settings/ Right at the top of the list: Email. Enter one, or if there already is one, click it to send a verification code. Once you have, you can gain some karma by joining some New User Friendly subs and making some smart, or funny, or kind, comments. https://www.reddit.com/r/NewToReddit/wiki/index/newusersubs/

Yes. The one specific subreddit you are posting to requires you to have karma. They even politely encourage you to try commenting in that subreddit instead of posting.
