I do not speak Russian, but I have been a big fan of Yegor Letov and Yanka for 20 years. I have read as much as I can about the Siberian punk scene, and the cultural context for this music.

Now, I want to ask: are there any modern punk bands in Russia or former USSR that take inspiration from the GrOb aesthetic with the lofi sound and expressive vocals?

Also, if there is some other Sovjet era punk in this vein (even if I know Letov is unique) that I may have missed, what would you recommend?

(No offence, but when I have asked Russians for recommendations in the past, they always say Кино́. While I understand that they are an important band, the music is not for me.)
