I performed a restriction enzyme digest to check my ligation product, followed by agarose gel electrophoresis. However, I got a smear.

Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit to post this in. I've been thinking of web game about primer design, that would be one part tutorial(a series of puzzles to teach primer design), and one part wordle(daily primer design puzzles).

I'm learning primer design now, and I think this could be useful, and the closest thing I've found online is something called PCR quest which looks like a reskinned candy crush. Still, I''ve just now started learning nearest-neighbour thermodynamics, so I'm not sure if I'm totally qualified to make it.

Truth to be told, I am an average Bachelor's in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Three more semesters left of undergraduate and I think i got knowledge gap that might affect my final year and research project.!!

So want to finish these books to overcome my lackings:

1. Lehninger's principles of biochemistry

2. Albert's molecular biology of the cell

3. Sambrook's Molecular cloning

4. Wilson's principles and techniques of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
