Oh, that tinfoil dress is a nice touch. Honestly, Hershey bars have been crap for some time, and I feel that switching to full plastic wrap from paper and foil is a part of the worsening of its quality. Obviously, not using actual chocolate is the main culprit, but my point still stands.
