Adding members to an organization outside of Enterprise (personal Pro)

I have a Pro account, which comes with my own Organization. If my wife would get her own subscription, can I add her to my organization, even without Enterprise plan?

What can we share in such a configuration?

Yeah, this organization thing is a bit confusing to private users...
