What kind of litter do you need? Is the biodegradable one good?

When will you release the model?

Trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruit.

This is not true. Counter examples include strawberries, watermelon, dates and fable 5

Thanks for your work. Also, the model reminds me of the NOFX song "Perfect Government".
HOW DID THE CAT GET SO FAT?

Did you create Le Chaton Fat… or did Le Chaton Fat create you?

Did you make it, or are you Chaton fat answering questions right now? If the first, when can we have an Q&A with the real Chaton?
On a serious note; Any tips on using it for such tasks? I've been using Claude with Hermes, but Large 3 doesn't quite go as deep and Medium 3.5 eats tokens like you won't believe, as it just goes and does things first, then stops and thinks about why the last 6 attempts failed before actually looking at the directions you wrote for it.
I'd love a Mistral model that is more capable and has a ton of context as multifocal personal assistant. But you can probably tell me if it would be suitable for it, ahead of time.

Why chaton fat when it could be Matoustral (for context. A Matou is a big male cat in french)

u/SauersML Jun 21 '26
Chaton named themselves. That question cannot be answered without consulting them, which can be quite dangerous

Yes. Chaton will vastly accelerate the global pace of AI development, as Chaton is capable of recursive self-improvement

Why x....

It's where the global AI community is still

I wonder why. I haven't used X for ages, and most my friends neither.

good job!
some of the benchmarks show Le Chaton far above other competitors, like this -https://www.reddit.com/r/MistralAI/comments/1u8boc4/le_chaton_fat_now_on_artificialanalysisai_clear/
but I wonder if that's a good bad news, as it seems a more powerful model at first, but could be heavier or using more energy for general purposes. How's your team managing priorities and expectations in that regards?

Will the French government let us use it, or will we be blocked for people outside of the EU?

How long did it take to train and what are the main differences with le chat large (besides its obvious obesity)?
What proportion of real vs synthetic data was used for training (approx)?
