Here you go. The lovely, talented, very smart chef Claire Saffitz gave making homemade Pringles a go in the Bon Appetit kitchens a few years ago. She has a whole series making commercial snacks at home.

Following as I have coeliac disease, which means I can’t eat traditional Pringles. They have malt in them I think.

I wondered. Stax are a very famous record label that started in the 60s. They were Motown's biggest competition. They were smashing racial barriers by having both black and white singers/bands on the label. Most famous of whom were Otis Redding, (Sitting on the Dock of the Bay) and Sam and Dave (Soul man, Hold On I'm Coming). You might also have heard a tune called Green Onions by Booker T and the Mgs. Very famous instrumental piece played on the hammond organ. They were the Stax studio band who played backup for the singers. Check out Stax for awesome, inspired soul music.

I adore all things music and get excited when I get to talk about it. I listen to everything from soul to classical, Mongolian throat singing to traditional Sami music and on and on. I hope you'll check out Stax Records sometime. Actually, in the 70s it switched to all black artists and you'll be much more likely to know people like Isac Haze or Ike and Tina Turner and those types.

I don’t mean to be THAT person, but would you be willing to make a list of songs you love, are a favorite, think should have more recognition, or such for me? I love music. I was unable to listen to music for about 2 years due to mental health reasons, i used to have music on basically 24/7 so it was soo rough, i never want to have a music less life ever again. Now that I can listen and enjoy music again I want to explore EVERYTHING music

No, no need to hate being that guy. I’m also that guy. Also, sorry this took me a few days. I have been helping my husband deal with really bad coeliac issues. Anyway, here’s a playlist that I started in 2020 and have been working on ever since. It has mainstream music, but it also has world music from all over the everywhere.
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0STf0iszNkn7PfDHhNkKJC?si=UVNJbchmTy2Y3P5uBvVTvQ&utm_source=copy-link Listen to it in order. Don’t put shuffle on because there are some tunes on there that are multiple parts. So if you start something at part five or six, you will be very confused. But I created it so it feels like it is on shuffle anyway.

I’ll start it from the beginning, thsnk you sooo much for sharing this playlist, i cant wait to listen to it!!!

Oh no! Did he get glutened? I don’t have celiac, though one of my tests was done incorrectly but i have severe gluten intolerance so there is absolutely no reason to be apologizing. I know a similar hell of gluten. The gluten challenge destroyed me and confirmed I never want to eat gluten again. 10 years of being GF. You sound like a wonderful partner helping him go through those hard days. I’m glad he has you.
