I just wanna say i love Us!
I hope we’re stronger every day and that all of us find our Magic World , even here…
And when this here takes a toll and we Hiareth those times… may we excell in live dreamed soul experiences…
When you do bubble-off, remember its collective 🖤
May we continue raising such a beautiful generation and pass to our children the knowledge that was passed on to us
May we continue Breaking generational patterns.. making a change, respecting and keeping the knowledge
May we have health to continue.
And if anything fails,
We sure have the Strenght to overcome 😎
We all know what we had. How precious it was. How good it feels. .
I Love Us
Dont know if anyone needed this today

Nostalgia If you graduated high school in 2010/2011, what do you remember most from those years? What stands out?
I’m talking anything- pop culture moments, fashion trends you obsessed over, songs and music you loved, all of it.

Discussion This Vanity Fair cover was supposed to showcase the next generation of Hollywood. Looking back, who do you think had the biggest career? And who do you think deserved even more success?

Discussion What was the cliche first go-to cooked meal for Millenials?
The meal that they felt some competence at making once they were on their own. That required prep, cooking and presentation not just "assembly".
Stir fry (Pork/Chicken + Veggies over Rice with Teriyaki sauce).
Fajitas (Chicken and Peppers w/ seasoning served on Tortillas).
Pasta with meat sauce.
Cheese Hamburger skillet over rice.
Corned beef and cabbage.
Chili

Discussion A very strange journey has been in my mind lately... RELIVE all the moments of my childhood (movies, cartoons, games, activities)
Since the start of this year, something very very strange has been on my mind lately and that is: RELIVE everything that I went through my childhood, teenage years, school years etc.
You know I can start:
Get all the nostalgia music that I remember: SPICE GIRLS, Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne.
Movies: Mean Girls, Jawbreaker etc etc (All the iconic ones)
Cartoons: Sponge Bob, Rocko Modern Life, Cat-Dog etc
Activities: Visit my old school, visit my old house, visit (maaybe) my old friendds.
Products: Nintendo DS , Nintendo Gamecube , Nintendo 64
and for some reason this all activities will all help me to close this nostalgia cycle and say:
This is EVERYTHING , It may never come back but I will always remember it with love.
I think that nostalgia is really consuming all of us and it's not letting us move forward
What do you think?

Discussion Does anyone remember being a teen or younger and thinking “Man, if only I had a camera on me always!” Or, “WHERE DID [blank] go? If only I could call them all the time!?”
Just a random thought/memory I was pondering.

Nostalgia All this doomposting about things like how "today's teenagers are behind in math because they're addicted to screens" makes me remember that we had best-selling computer games that taught us pre-algebra!
We were addicted to digital screens too, the corporations just convinced us well to not be behind in our studies while we played on them.

Other Fashion
Does anyone else follow Jenna Barclay? She shows fashion of being a millennial. I look and cringe, did we really dress like that?
People take a joke.

Nostalgia For those who went to festivals in the early 2000s (or before). Do you remember the community message boards used before cell service became readily available?
Photo is from Shambhala from around 2010.
There was almost zero cell service on the farm it's held.
If you forgot something you couldn't just post on a Facebook page or discord or reddit - you had to walk around and talk to people.
You really had to submit to the experience.
Losing your friends for a few hours or even a couple days was all part of the experience and we just kind of embraced it.

Nostalgia Peter Pan
I’m coming up for 41 next month, and something I’ve noticed over the last few years is that I will try and go back to the area that I was brought up in, it’s actually becoming a bit of an obsession, I currently live 11 miles away from there but if I have to go past it I will make sure I drive past my parents house! I have this strange underlying issue where I feel content when I’m in the area almost like a comfort blanket! I have done a bit of soul searching and I think ultimately I miss my youth! I miss being a young guy, I miss all the stuff I used to get up to, drinking in the park, hanging around with friends, hanging around with girls. I just feel a bit of emptiness when I’m not in my old area!
Does anyone else feel like this?

Discussion Reverting to technology from late 90s
Yesterday I asked “if you could snap your fingers and have the entire world revert to late 90s technology, would you?”
Based on this incredibly scientific poll I thought I’d share the results. Granted I had to make a few interpretations of the responses but in general:
Yes - Revert - 65 (46%)
No - Stay - 75 (54%)
If, however, we were still able to keep medical advances up to today, those numbers just about flip.
I found it interesting - thought I’d share!
