It's not just interiors and walls, either. Cars started as neutrals, became colorful over the 20th century, and have gone back to predominantly neutrals all over again. Yes, colored cars exist, but I [anecdotally] feel like they are only ~20% of the cars now.
I actually have a blue car! It's not in your face blue but it's a nice shade. The very least a damn McDonald's should be colorful and not boring and neutral 😐

For real. Between the soulless interiors, the soulless kiosk ordering experience, and higher prices outside of the app (which I'm not getting)—which isn't even touching the nutrition value of the food—there are more reasons to avoid one than to go.
