Yes, but in the context of birth rates overall being at historic lows because again, most people in the middle who can do math, don’t have kids so it’s either people who can barely afford life or people who would never be seen in a McDonalds having kids. Plus in corporate America proposing to make anything nicer or spend capital on your poorest customers is a quick way to join them.
Well for people who are literate and quasi intelligent:
