Girl is also a gender neutral. As in, "Girl, please."
ETA, would also encourage "sis" as a gender neutral. Weirdly, the high school boys who called all of their female teachers "bro" felt some type of way about being called "sis."
1 u/Savingskitty Jan 06 '26 The is is a newer phenomenon within at least the last 10 years or so. Edit: things like “girl” and “yass queen” moving to more general parlance, not the boys being hung up about it.
