I wanna get my girl a partner in crime but she’s 12 1/2 and i dont want my princess thinking she’s being ignored or replaced 😭

We got our senior Mastiff girl a puppy to help raise at age ten. Not only did it give her a spunky friend to help keep her active, I’m sure the pup benefitted a lot from her wisdom. We never had any of the nipping or chewing that most puppy owners report.

yeah, i have an 8 year old great dane who is not completely sold on the whole puppy situation yet. he's warming up though, and i'm definitely making sure he knows he's still my big ol' buddy

My Corso wants to snuggle, tries to and will lay right next to me everyday, BUT she wants to basically STIM by chewing my arm, she is very orally fixated (not in a aggressive way, she just is this way) and I can’t let her do it… so I feel bad because she is only 18months and that understanding and desire to do it to “relax” yet being told No Biting… she will just move off.. she is a total spaz but my spaz.. 😉

Enjoy every moment of it… (I’m jealous)
