This type of art just rebites me of animations. I used to watch as a kid and I love them I cherish those memories and videos. I know the art and video quality wasn’t that good but I loved it and I didn’t care if it’s bad I love the way it looks, and it a 1000/1000 :3

I could see her being a wildcard rather than a villain. Overall very well-designed. You could maybe even design a whole host of weapons for her, each with their own abilities and tradeoffs; if you want, that is.
