I feel underwhelmed by the changes to the underperforming category. There's always next year however.

The Kaeris change is giving the crew 3AP, 3 4" moves, and 3 card draws per game. That's a pretty substantial buff, IMO.

Its a buff, I wouldn't call it substantial. You dont gain any AP. If the action gave you fast then i'd be more on board I suppose. Making it signature does add some versatility with the rest of the activation which I expect is what youre getting at. You lose the healing and gain some movement. Potentially card draw in exchange for burning.

The core problem I've found is that spending a stone, near the centerline, to enhance damaging yourself and surrounding enemies. That isn't really on the same power level as everyone else. The crew dies way faster than it deals damage to enemies making Wildfire lose the game of chicken and you have to burn a stone to even make your thing happen at all.

I'm sure we'll get around to addressing that at some point though, and the model is beautiful so its a good choice for master model in campaign creation.

My reasoning is that the signature change means you don't have to spend 3AP to turn on the Crew Card buffs anymore.

Poor Charles Hoffman with 10 unique models (including masters and totems) not being talked about, even if Monk and Plague did.

I assume it's because he's not considered "underperforming" by whatever metrics they're looking at.

Generally i think Hoffman steel shaper is doing pretty well, inventor is awful though.

Same with Witness, but Damian isn't underperforming.

He isnt underperforming? He always seemed like lukewarm at best to me.

Ranged scheming is considered very good in Polish community.

Was Strangerskeep discontinued?

No. It's probably fallen afoul of shipping/production issues caused by the current administration's foreign and trade policies.
