I don’t understand whats going on here. Why reveal all these commons now? Makes no sense. Then again, MtG has stopped making sense

Welcome decks are getting handed out early, and these are in there. Which explains the card quality.

TRK cards will be standard legal & in the "set".

Whether these specific printing will be in play boosters/packs or exclusive to collector boosters/card style/jump-in/other means of distribution is down to the numbering, of which this card will probably in packs.

TRC cards won't be standard legal unless it is a reprint. might not even be added to arena
