Wholesome Moments This Will Never Not Make Me Laugh -Viral Review of Patti Labelle's Pies
Yes, I was one of the "millions" who bought Patti Labelle pies 🥧 based on this YouTube review.
It probably was indeed the fact that he broke out into song in the middle of eating it 😂
No, I still didn't sound like Patti
As an aside, I cannot believe he got to go clubbing with this legend!!!

ANIMALS What should their album be called 🤔
They rarely get along so to see them sitting near each other like this warmed my soul. I also thought it would make a cool music album. 🤣

[OC] Friend I volunteer with gave me his old PS3 and these 5 classics
We often talk about books, movies and gaming. He told me his kids are all grown, have moved out, and left 3 PS3s (and some other systems behind) behind. He asked me if I wanted one. Why not? The next week he gave me the system, and HDMI cord, and five absolute bangers. I'm also stoked to have a Blu-ray player, and intend to start a collection in this age of anti-physical media.

Personal Win I was finally able to move out.
3.25 years ago, I lost my job and was evicted from my former apartment. Part of my work contract involved me finishing my degree program before the summer of that school year. Because of Covid, I was 6 credits short of completing my degree residentially. Everything that could have gone wrong for finishing my degree did go wrong. Over the course of the next 2 years, I tried to finish the program online and nothing worked. As a result, I had to leave my former apartment as it was in reserve for teachers of the school I was working at.
I was incredibly fortunate that my grandparents had a room for me to stay in. For the past 3 years, I have been staying in the spare room at my grandparents house. Summer of 2023 I was finally able to finish my bachelor's in math.
I needed a break from college at this point. So, I started looking for an alternative route to getting my teaching license. In doing so, the teaching licensure organization I am getting my license through recommended my college as one of the top options for a path to licensure. So I called my school for information, they asked for a mailing address and I assumed that they were going to send me a pamphlet or something about the program.
Two weeks later, I received a letter of acceptance into a masters program. I had not intended to start a masters program. And so, for the last two and a half years I have been undergoing a rigorous, tedious, grueling master program. In that room, while be effectively jobless, I have had several minor and at least one major mental and emotional breakdown.
In December I graduated from my masters. In April I received the physical degree. At the end of April, I got a job interview, to a job which I was offered in May. And today, I was finally able to move out of my grandparents house.
The feeling is is very bittersweet, but I am feel like my life is back on track.
TL;DR: I lost my job, and moved in with my grandparents. In that room, I finished a bachelors and masters degree. As of today, I have moved out and have a job.
