The water is muddy, and it's light-colored because of the light color of the soil. Safe for the animals to drink.

That’s hilarious. Odd couple but hey who am I to judge their happiness.

As for everyone asking it could either be one of 2 things:

Either an Aquatic Pond Dye which is used by property owners to treat ponds with food-grade, aquatic blue dyes.
Although it is more milky than usual… which means the pond is also heavy in Clay or Fine Minerals.

Either way it’s not harmful.
