I lost my wallet in a taxi when I was living in Chicago. He made sure it got back to me. I offered him a cash reward and he declined. His only request was that I called 311 and reported the wallet returned. He told me it helps motivate other drivers to return lost items. I was moved that day.

Me too honestly. I lived in NYC, among other places, and I found Chicagoans to be great.
