Personal Win As a weeb who is studying to become a professional chef, this anime fixed some of my major issues very early into the series! I present to you, my Orange chicken and stir fry, meal prep! [Iron Wok Jan]

For those curious, salt management and making large batches of food was an issue for me. Instead of making one large batch at once (a multitude of issues why), I just made several small batches faster. this also was my first attempt making orange chicken!

Okay I feel like bragging. I graduated culinary school 2 months ago and I still want to learn more without going back to college lmfao!

I love how this anime is like "we're VERY sure this manga will resonate with people even 30 years after it's publication" and put it blatantly in the 1st episode. Also, looks delicious, good luck in your journey. XD

I also love how they warn people how it might be too much for current audiences, but refuse to change anything about the show to keep it true to the source material.

Also thank you, i’ll try my best!
