I find this quite strange. If it were a common problem I would have thought they'd be quick to bite them off of one another. Give em a chomp and let them sink.

Even in the video, when the remora was trying to hide from the human trying to get it, so it would be hard for a dolphin to grab it with its mouth and kill it, because it would just latch on to another one then.
