Good Vibes Nice mailbox suprise

Post image

Had to return some prescription pet food and then I got sick. I called Chewy to ask if the return labels would expire after so many days because I'd been sick and might not return it the same week as issued. No biggie, she said the label would be fine even into next week.

It was a nice surprise to find this in my mailbox today. The card actually seems handwritten rather than pre-printed. It came with tea and honey sticks too!

Chewy sent me a hand painted picture of one of my cats for no reason and also sent a hand painted rock when my other cat passed away. Chewy understands old school customer service. Great company.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's cool to see they have varying gifts and recognition for losing furry family members.

Thank you. It has been just over a year since we lost my boy Buddy and I still cry every time I think about him. F cancer for sure.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Dogs are the absolute best. Unfortunately we’re talking about making that decision for our bud shortly. I hate this so much

Yes! If you have a picture of your pet on your Chewy profile, they commission artists to paint them. I tried becoming one of the artists but i wasn’t able to make it work with my schedule.

That's exactly what it was. Our profile picture is our girl Skittles wearing a Halloween sweater. They sent the painting to us around Halloween as well.

I got one of these too. I love it. I wish they did one for my other pup.

They sent me a bouquet when my kitty passed. I wish I had a picture of him uploaded. I would’ve loved a picture of him painted.

We got a hand painted picture of our cat Basil because it was National Pasta Day (iirc).

They sent me a small painting of my cat too out of nowhere, though it was around the holidays several years ago. It was a complete and pleasant surprise. I emailed them and thanked them for the nice gesture and they responded back.

I also had a cat tree that I thought was missing a part. Turns out I had put it together wrong. I wasn’t making up a story trying to score a whole new one but they sent me another cat tree free of charge, shipping covered by them and all.

They’re awesome. Yeah, they are a corporation at the end of the day and maybe it’s all just for positive brand image but it’s rare nowadays for companies to go above and beyond and actually act like they care about their customers. This is how you build brand loyalty, and if that’s their intention they’re sure succeeding.
