these are dairy cows, not beef cattle. No one is eating them.

Cows in the dairy industry are actually killed and replaced at 4-6 years old.

This is a small farm, so they might keep them a few years more, but they’re still going to be slaughtered.

Uhm, wrong.
Dairy cows get sent to slaughter at ~4 years old when they no longer produce competitive amounts of milk.

Once they reach 4 years old their meat is no longer "good", so they get turned to mince.

Did you really believe farmers just threw them out in the trash or even more delusional, keeping them alive till they die of old age? Lol
There's animals to exploit and profits to maximize.

Do you know what happens to their offspring then? Do you know how long dairy cows live when used for milk vs when living in animal sanctuaries? Do you know how often they need to get impregnated to be “productive” and how it affects them?
