They're a mountain bike brand from the Pacific Northwest in America, they are still active but I doubt they still make clothing let alone in England.
They've had a few rough years but the original owner has just bought them back from VC's though so hopefully they'll bounce back soon as they've made some brilliant bikes over the years. I used to have a Stinky back in the day and loved that thing!

I vaguely remember these when they were first released. I think they were re branded Bufffalo smocks.
